Review: Shape White Coffee

 Shape White Coffee (Glutathione & L- Carnitine Plus Collagen)

At first I was hesitant to try this because there is a lot of slimming and whitening drink sold online but I still gave it a try. As per the packaging, it has 11-in-1 ingredients (brewed Arabica coffee, Non-dairy creamer, L-Carnitine, L-Glutathione, Green Tea Extract, and Collagen. Plus, Mangosteen Extract, Barley Extract, Spinach Extract, Garcinia Cambodia, Psyllium Husk Fiber).

Taste:
There is a balance of sweet and creaminess with a bit of bitterness. I really like the taste that sometimes I drink this coffee twice a day. I really enjoy the soothing experience while drinking this.

Effects:
  1. In terms of its effect as a coffee, I do not experience palpitations but I could not easily fall asleep either if I drink this coffee during the afternoon, evening or night time. (Most coffee do not affect my sleep and just make me feel more sleepy)
  2. It helps my digestion. It lessens the bloated stomach. It helps me in my regular bowel movement provided that you drink plenty of water throughout the day.
  3. It gives soothing experiences because of its taste and texture.
  4. As for whitening or smoothing purposes, I cannot tell anything because I use other products to lighten and smoothen my skin.
  5. I got no allergic reaction.

It has FDA LTO NO. 3000006361472. One box of this coffee costs 210 PhP. Each box contains 7 sachets. The net weight per sachet is 18 grams.

Verdict:
Over-all, I like this coffee, I had been drinking this coffee for more than a month now and I can see improvement in my body provided that I do exercise everyday. It does not easily help me lose weight but I am glad it helps me lessen bloated stomach.
Always remember that product effectiveness vary from person to person.

The First 3 Sunscreen I tried so far. A must read to review!

               I only started using sun cream last year. With the hype that Korean Skincare products give, I learned that Sunscreen provides protection we need from direct sunlight that usually causes impurities on our skin.
